F.B.E. – Fusion Bonded Epoxy Lining

The best epoxy resin powder applied on pre‐heated surfaces. Thermosetting coating designed for the anticorrosive protection of articles destined to immersion or buried services in oil and gas sector and in the protection of the waterwork system components.

The coating can be applied in a single double or triple layer and the method used guarantees that the coating can be applied with differentiated thickness as required by the specification.

3LPE – Triple layer of polyethylene

The coating is a multilayer composed of a primer fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) followed by an adhesive copolymer and another layer of polyethylene which provides resistance and long-lasting protection.

The system ensures the applicability of the sintered coating also on pieces with special shapes.

3LPE can be applied in different thicknesses to meet the requirements of project specifications.

Metal spraying can be applied with or without sealant guaranteeing excellent anticorrosive protection.

FSPP – Flame Spray Polypropylene

V.I.P. Verniciatura Industriale Pesarese Srl is offering FSPP Flame Spray Polypropylene coating for pipelines.

Flame Spray Polypropylene (FSPP) technologies are particularly useful with custom pieces, bends, buckle arrestors etc., items whose shapes are difficult to coat.

PU-M – Polyurethane mortar

Polyurethane mortar coating offered by V.I.P. Pesaro is normally applied to risers for pipelines.
It is a low density filling mass, based on special loads and fast-setting polyurethane resins.
Applicable at variable density by pouring using extremely thick formwork to guarantee the best insulation.

EP w/o solvents – Epoxy without solvents

Epoxy without solvents offered by V.I.P. Pesaro is a solvent less coating with a high content of solids, applicable without primers. Recommended in industrial sectors, where coating is required in accordance with the requirements foreseen by standards EN 10289 e DIN 30671, guarantees also high chemical, physical resistance and duration over time.

LF epoxy – Antifriction epoxy

LF epoxy is a bi-component epoxy coating anti-friction. Applied to internal surfaces of pipelines offers good protection from corrosion and good chemical resistance.

Offers significant long- term advantages in relation to product’s pumping costs, as well long-term protection from corrosion.

PU Foam – Polyurethane foam

Ceramic coating and lining

Ceramic coatings can be used on products when a long-lasting anticorrosive protection is required, associated with high values of resistance to erosion on impact and very low permeability of the applied film.

PU without solvent

This is a fast-drying polyurethane bi-component with low environmental impact as it does not contain solvents, bitumen or tar. It provides steel surfaces valuable and long-lasting protection against corrosion, thanks to its barrier action.
It can only be applied hot using special high pressure airless equipment. It has an extremely low permeability to water and good resistance to cathode detachment.

Recommended in industrial sectors, where coating is required in accordance with the requirements foreseen by standards EN 10289 e DIN 30671.

EP without solvent
